All required data fields are completed for all types of medical services and billing situations. You can use both pre-printed OCR forms or plain paper;

  Practice Today can submit claims electronically using the NSF format, or HCFA flat-file format. You can use an electronic clearing house or submit directly to a carrier that accepts NSF. This is done over a telephone line using a high speed modem.

• Practice Today has an integrated collections systems. You can easily flag a patient for collections and keep track of every collection detail. The system will automatically document every contact with the patient. You can click on stock responses, or you can type verbose notes.
• Collection notes allow you to set a “reminder date”.
