Who can be a dealer?

goes on. If you come in frequent contact with healthcare professionals, then this is an
excellent opportunity for you.
Is there a contract?
There is no contract to sign. There is
no quota to meet.
How will I get leads?
You will be listed on the
"Nationwide Dealer Network" web page on our official website. This will surely
generate inquiries. You can attend conferences and trade shows. As a healthcare
professional, you often know who's in the market for new practice management software.
Will I have a protected
territory?
You will be listed geographically on
our Nationwide Dealer Network web page. If you are the only dealer in your state, and your
sales exceed our annual threshold, then you will be the "exclusive" dealer in
your state. Your territory will be protected. Remember, if you provide excellent
service, your clients and their referrals will protect your territory.
What exactly do I have to do?
In short, you must answer inquiries,
follow-up on leads, close the sale, deliver the product, collect the payment, direct the
end-user to our training course (if necessary), and leave the software support to us.
Can I have my office manager do
the selling for me?
Of course, but if your office manager
is really smart, she may already be the Practice Today Dealer in your area :-)
Do I provide software support?
No. You can leave that to us.
Can I provide software support
if I want to?
Perhaps, but you must meet our rather
stringent "customer care" requirements, and each new client must agree in
writing.
How much money can I make?
You can earn between $400 and $4,000
per sale.
Do I have to invest any money?
You must purchase our Dealer Startup
Kit. This includes brochures, demo units of Practice Today (Pro), five units for resale,
